– If the part that you are sending in has been damaged due to a previous repair, we will attempt to repair it, but cannot offer any type of guarantee or refund in case it is damaged beyond repair.
– Return shipping is USPS with Tracking, and is included in the price.
– Please package your cluster carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
– We are not responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping.
– We will ship the cluster back to you in the same packaging that it was received.
– For most clusters, we will program it and ship it back to you within two business days.
– The programming is accurate to within +/- 300 Miles.
– If we are unable to program a component, you will receive a refund and we will ship it back at our expense.
